Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be requested within a set time frame of the original transaction, typically within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. This period represents the phase during which a product or digital offering can be evaluated for functionality, satisfaction, and accuracy of description. Digital Goods & Non-Tangible Items
Due to the nature of digital spellcraft, such as downloadable files, account-bound content, and unlockable in-game assets, all sales of non-tangible items are generally considered final. Refunds for such content are not guaranteed unless the item in question was never delivered, or has been rendered unusable due to factors within our control. Ineligible Scenarios
The following circumstances typically fall outside the bounds of refundable conditions:- Change of mind or unintended purchase after content has been accessed or used;
- Discontent with game difficulty, narrative progression, or individual questlines;
- Account issues arising from violations of community rules or Terms of Use;
- Use of third-party tools, software interference, or modifications.
